This Design Competition is launched for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to beautify the city appearance through renewing / creating murals in Kowloon East and Island South, specifically in Kwun Tong and Wong Chuk Hang under the themes "Flyover Fantasy Re-run" and "Art Up WCH" respectively.
Submissions should be made in teams. Each participating team must comprise at least one Member from HKIA, HKILA, HKIP or HKIUD, who should be the Team Leader and should be residing in Hong Kong for implementation, while the other team members may be of other professions or backgrounds.
