Kowloon East CBD comprises Kowloon Bay Business Area, Kwun Tong Business Area, San Po Kong Business Area and Kai Tak Development Area, with a total area of about 514 hectares. Being strategically positioned along the stunning Victoria Harbourfront, it is well connected with the traditional CBD in Central and other major hubs with comprehensive transportation network.
Kowloon East is served by two MTR lines (Kwun Tong Line and Tuen Ma Line) and several major roads and expressways (including Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong Bypass, Central Kowloon Route and Trunk Road T2). It enjoys a vast transportation network comprising 7 MTR stations, numerous bus routes and minibus lines, which enhance east-west connectivity.
